Received in email from gourmet-recipes-from-around-the-world. This is the next chicken dish coming up this week - will be using whole cut up chicken parts rather than just breasts & marinating in the fridge all day. Thank you Fawnette!

3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 teaspoon tarragon, dried
1 cup butter
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 cup parsley, loosely chopped
