Grilled Corn with Smokey Lime Butter image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 fresh sweet corn with husks
1 stick butter (softened)
1 lime
2 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium-high. Grill corn 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, zest from half the lime, and juice from the whole lime. Stir in cilantro, salt, smoked paprika, and pepper. Transfer butter mixture to serving bowl.
  • Remove husks from corn and serve with smokey lime butter
