Steps:
- Cook rice. Toss with beans and set aside. Grill corn, onions, peppers until charred, 10 minutes. Cut kernels from cobs and dice peppers and half of onions. Add to rice. Peel and dice avocado and add. Whisk salsa, juices, cilantro, oil, and cumin. Top salad with sliced avocado and the rest of the onions.
