Steps:
- 1. Preheat grill to med.in a med bowl,blend mayonnaise,vinegar,tarragon,1/2 tsp brown sugar salt & pepper to taste.cover and chill.
- 2. blend remaining 2 tsp brown sugar,garlic pepper in a small bowl.rub chicken breasts evenly with sugar mixture.grill chicken,covered, 8-12 min,turning once.remove when juices run clear and chicken is 165'f cool slightly.
- 3. Coarsely chop or shred chicken.add chicken,melon,green onion to dressing mixture;toss lightly.serve immediately. in a halve of honeydew bowl.
