Steps:
- Clean and trim the asparagus. Brush the asparagus and salmon with olive oil , and salt and pepper Grill... Vinaigrette...Mix all ingredients in the bowl except the salad oil..While whisking,,slowing add the salad oil and whisk until emulsified. Toss spinach with 1/4 the dressingin bowl....Divide among the plates.Toss asparagus in same bowl, with 1/4 the dressing, and arrange on top of spinach. Place a salmon portion on top of each salad. Drizzle with dressing and top with toasted sesame seeds.
