Green Goddess Dressing image

Not only is this yummy it is also healthy loaded with potassium and folat!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 avocado
1 1/2 c fat-free buttermilk
1/4 c each of freshly chopped tarragon, parsely, mint, sorrel and/or cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp rice vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Peel and pit avocado
  • 2. Puree avocado with buttermilk, herbs, vinegar and salt in a blender until smooth. Chill before serving
