Green Chili and Rice Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup Rice
1 pint Sour Cream
1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese
7 ounces Diced Green Chilies

Steps:

  • Cook rice according to package directions
  • Mix in sour cream, 3/4 of the cheese, and green chilies to the cooked rice
  • Grease a casserole pan (nonstick spray of your choice, light oil, or butter)
  • Add rice mixture to pan and spread remaining cheese over the top
  • Cover pan with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes
