Steps:
- Blanch the beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Cool under running water.
- Combine the oil and cumin in a fry pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add the ginger and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
- Add the beans and stir to coat with oil and spices. Sprinkle with salt and stir. Cover, turn heat down very low and cook until beans are tender 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
