Steps:
- Blanch beans in boiling water 1 to 2 min. Plunge into ice cold water - drain when cooled. Melt butter in skillet over med. heat. Add almonds, mustard, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, shallots & garlic. Saute gently for 2-3 min. Add beans to skillet; stir till heated through; or if using all 2 lb of green beans, following alternate is best: (alternate; once sauce is finished; add green beans to crock pot with sauce and continue stirring till beans are heated through) Add salt & pepper to taste
