Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Greason 9 x 13 pan. 2. Mix oats, baking soda, flour, vanilla, butter, bananas, honey, cinnamon, sunflower seeds, and brown sugar. 3. Press mixture into pan. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Cool for ten minutes 5. Cut into bars.
