Steps:
- Boil eggs and let cool before dicing and peeling. Add the eggs last, just before the dressing, when making the salad. Wash potatoes and cook with skins on until done. Let cool, peel,an dice. Sprinkle potatoes lightly with wine vinegar and toss. Toss lightly and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with parsley and/or egg slices and paprika. Chill overnight
