Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. In large bowl, mix eggs and vanilla.
- 3. In small bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add to large bowl of eggs.
- 4. Add milk, then corn to large bowl. Amount of milk may vary depending on how tender the corn is. If using frozen or canned corn, use closer to 1 cup of milk.
- 5. Add mix to buttered 2 qt. baking dish.
- 6. Add melted butter last.
- 7 Bake in a water bath for about an hour or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
- 8. "I usually bake my pudding a little longer than an hour about 1 1/4 hour. (Good luck)"
