Steps:
- In a small bowl make a roux with 1/2 cup of the milk and all of the flour. Mix till smooth.
- In a large skillet pour the remaining milk and butter. cook on medium heat.
- Add in the roux and stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Add in the dry been by tearing it into bite size pieces.
- Serve over fried potatoes or toast
