GRAHAM CRACKER BARS image

Number Of Ingredients 12

Whole graham crackers
Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup fine coconut
1/2 cup milk
Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
a little milk or cream

Steps:

  • Butter 9x13 pan. Line pan with whole graham crackers. In a sauce pan, melt the 1/2 cup butter. Add remaining filling ingredients to melted butter and boil a few minutes. Spread over whole crackers. Cover with whole graham crackers. Frost with frosting and chill 8 hours in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
