4 thick chicken breasts.stuffing of ur choice or use mine quick and easy. will be posted after this recipe.
pre-heat oven 350. will cook for about 1hour to 1hour 20 mins
chicken seasong onion cut into 4's
line a pan with foil and extra foil to cover chicken

Steps:

  • 1. TAKE EACH CHICKEN BREAST AND SLICE ALMOST ALL THE WAY THREW. BUT DON'T CUT ALL THE WAY THREW.
  • 2. STUFF WITH UR FAVORITE STUFFING RECIPE[OR STOVE TOP SAGE] THEN TAKE AND PUT 2 TOOTH PICKS IN EACH STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST TO KEEP THEM CLOSED.
  • 3. SPRINKLE WITH SEASONING AND PLACE IN PAN LINED WITH FOIL. CUT THE ONION INTO 4'S AND PUT IN PAN. PUT A LITTLE WATER IN IT, NOT A LOT U WILL HAVE SOGGIE DRESSING
  • 4. COVER WITH FOIL AND PUT IN PREHEATED OVEN. BAKE ABOUT 1 TO 1HOUR AND 20 MINS. MINE WAS ALWAYS DONE IN A HOUR. THEN SERVE HOT.
