- Start dough w/ only 2 C flour w/other ingreds; run 45 sec to knead with dough very wet. Rest 10 min to soak oats before adding flour to start to peel away from bowl. Stop, shape, cover and raise once; make 2 pans, 1 long stoneware or round.Bake 375 25 min, uncover, bake until browned.
