A very nutty, but soft gluten free biscuit using egg yolks.

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 150c
  • Cream the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
  • Spoon small amounts onto a baking tray
  • Bake for approx 18-20 minutes
  • Allow to cool completely before storing. Can be stored in an airtight container.
