Ginger Tea image

The strength of this tea is a matter of individual taste. Sometimes when I have a cold or the flu, I put a pot on in the morning and let it simmer throughout the day. Every time I pour myself a cup I just add more water to the pot (the ginger root still has a lot of flavor in it).
