1/2 cup cooked rice noodles
1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken
1 to 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sliced scallion
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
Sriracha sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Add rice noodles, shredded chicken, soy sauce, scallions, ginger and sesame seeds to soup bowl. Cover with hot chicken broth. 2. Stir to combine and serve with Sriracha sauce.
