- Beat eggs till frothy
- Add milk and flour gradually
- Melt butter in large oven proof skillet. Pour batter in pan and bake 450 degrees for 15 min.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar to taste
- Cut like a pizza and add your favorite preserves or jelly!
