Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour, mixing after each addition.
- Heat large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared skillet.
- Bake 12 to 15 min. or until edges are just golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese spread and COOL WHIP until blended in small bowl. Top pancake with fresh fruit and cream cheese mixture just before serving.
