3 egg s
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Honey Pecan Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 cups cut-up fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour, mixing after each addition.
  • Heat large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared skillet.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until edges are just golden brown.
  • Mix cream cheese spread and COOL WHIP until blended in small bowl. Top pancake with fresh fruit and cream cheese mixture just before serving.
