I got this recipe off a Paula Deen's cooking show. I didn't like the way the chicken cooked in the mixture so I either cook the chicken separately or I use the chicken already grilled at the store.Then I add it to the mixture the last 4 minutes of cooking. Try it either way and it is really good.

Steps:
- Melt butter in skillet, add onions and mushrooms, Cook for 10 minutes. Season chicken and fry in mixture. This is where I change the recipe, I cook the chicken separately or use precooked grilled chicken and add to mixture the last 4 minutes of cooking. Then add mozzerella cheese and let melt. Enjoy.
