THIS IS AN EASY N DELICIOUS DISH....I MAKE IT FOR DAUGHTER DEAR WEN I MAKE LAMB FOR THE FAMILY....SHE DONT DO THE LAMB THANG :)

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 - chicken breast, skinless with bone n cut in half (thighs r fine)
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
10 clove(s) garlic, slightly smashed
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
20 - grinds of black pepper
20 - sage leaves, fresh
1 jar(s) apricot preserves

Steps:

  • TAKE CUT CHICKEN BREASTS (or thighs) N PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN
  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 400...COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL N THEN POUR OVER CHICKEN N TOSS SO THEY R ALL COATED.
  • ROAST CHICKEN TILL BROWND N COOKD THRU ABOUT 35-40 MINUTES.....ENJOY :)
