Steps:
- slice the chorizo and cube the ham ( cooking ham, not sweet)chop the onions, peppers and garlic.
- In a large skillet with olive oil saute everything together...drain the garbanzo beans ( soaked in water and salt) and rinse well.
- add to the skillet and combine...add the can of tomatoes and wine.
- add salt and pepper to taste, add in the olives, cilantro and parsely...simmer on low for at least 30 mins, serve with rice.
