3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
2/3 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons sucanat or 2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2/3 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 tablespoons whey powder (I don't use)
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Put ingredents in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting - or equivalent.
