1 can(s) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 pkg philadelphia cream cheese
2 can(s) pie filling (cherry or strawberry)
2 can(s) freestone peaches
2 can(s) pineapple chunks
2 can(s) sliced pears (bartlett)
2 can(s) mandarin oranges
1 pkg raspberries, fresh
1 pkg blueberries, fresh
4 medium kiwi fruit
1 pkg strawberries, fresh

Steps:

1. Use a round pizza foil pan. Spray the pan with pam. Slice the cookie dough into 1/2 slices and spread them around on the foil pan. Spray your fingers with the pam and begin to gently press each slice to join each other to completely cover the pan. May have to respray your fingers to keep the dough from sticking to your fingers. This will form the cookie base. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. COMPLETELY COOL.
2. After the cookie dough has completely cooled, open each can and drain out the juices. (I reserve the juices for drinking at breakfest.)
3. Spread the softened cream cheese to cover the cookie base. Do not leave any gaps. This will be the base to hold all the fruit away from the dough.
4. Now spread your choice of pie filling over the cream cheese.
5. Layer the pears out first into a circle. All slices faceing the same direction. Leave some space for the peaches next.
6. Place the slices peaches next beside the pears with all the slices facing the same direction.
7. Place the pineapple chunks throughout the pizza.
8. Place the Mandrain Oranges throughout the pizza.
9. Place the raspberries throughout the pizza.
10. Place the blueberries throughtout the pizza.
11. Peal and slice the kiwi into thin slices. Place these around on the pizza top.
12. As a finsh, now place the slices strawberries over the top to finish a fantastice fruit pizza.
13. As an option, you can sprinkle powered sugar over the top or spot with redi whip. ENJOY!
