Frozen Pineapple Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) carton pineapple yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1 (8 3/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
lettuce leaves
nuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Blend together cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar. Stir in drained pineapple. Spoon into 6 paper baking cups set in muffin tins. Cover freeze.To serve, remove paper from salad cups. Arrange salad on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
