Frozen Peanut Butter Pie image

So easy and yummy! I make this a few times every summer, and I'll be making one for the 4th of July - can't wait!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 - prepared chocolate crust
14 ounce(s) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
8 ounce(s) cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup(s) peanut butter
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • Whip the cream.
  • In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream. Gently pour into the crust.
  • You can drizzle on some warm (not hot) fudge now, before you freeze the pie (which is what I do), or wait until serving to use the fudge.
