I saw the enclosed hint in an e-mail from a friend and decided to give it a try and see for myself if it worked. I am happy to say it did work and I have been enjoying the "frozen lemon."

Steps:
- Simple..place a washed lemon in the freezer section of your refrigerator. I placed it in a small zip lock baggie.
- Once the lemon is frozen, get your grated, and shred the lemon (no need to peel it) and sprinkle it on top of your foods.
- Sprinkle it on your vegetable salad, soup, noodles, rice, fish and chicken dishes, vegetables, and instant cup of noodles. Put remaining lemon back into freezer to use another day.
