Frozen Citrus Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
yellow food coloring (optional)
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl fold together ice cream, lemonade concentrate and food coloring, if desired. Fold in whipped topping.2. Freeze, if necessary, until mixture mounds when spooned. Spoon into crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.
