Number Of Ingredients 4

2 1/2 oz. sparkling wine
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. peach puree (blend a ripe peach)
1 oz. simple syrup with a squeeze of lemon (Dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water, then cool)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients with ice. Garnish with a peach wedge.
