- 1. In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, sugar & butter. Press onto the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a greased 8-inch springform pan. Refrigerate the crust. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk, beating until smooth. Beat in crushed candies & food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon onto crust. Cover & freeze for 8 hours. 3. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whole candies.
