FROSTY LIME PIE FILLING image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/4 c applesauce
1 pkg lime jello
1/2-1 c sugar
1 c very cold evaporated milk
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 pie crust shell

Steps:

  • 1. Heat applesauce to boiling.
  • 2. Add 1 package lime jello stir until dissolved.
  • 3. Whip evaporated milk with 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice until stiff.
  • 4. Pour onto jello mixture, beat in slowly. Place in baked pastry shell. Chill at least one hour.
