Frosted Grapes image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 egg white
1/2 pound green seedless grape cut in small clusters
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

  • At least 1 1/4 hours or up to 1 day before serving:In a small bowl, lightly beat egg white with a fork. Dip each grape cluster into egg white coat with sugar. Place on a waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Allow to dry at room temperature at least 1 hour. Store in the refrigerator.
