FROSTED CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups chopped pecans
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Frosting

Steps:

  • Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water. Cool to room temperature. In large mixing bowl, cream sugar, eggs and vanilla; blend in chocolate mixture. Add flour and salt; mix well. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Spread batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
