3 SLICES BACON - DICED
1 LG CARROT - FINELY DICED
1 RIB CELERY - FINELY DICED
2 SCALLIONS - THINLY SLICED
4 OZ WATER CHESTNUTS - CHOPPED
2 T SOY SAUCE
2 T OYSTER SAUCE
1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
3 C COOKED RICE
PEPPER TO TASTE

Steps:

  • IN LARGE NON STICK SKILLET - COOK BACON UNTIL FAT IS RENDERED. ADD CARROTS AND CELERY AND COVER. COOK OVER MODERATE HEAT UNTIL CARROTS ARE TENDER. ADD SCALLIONS AND WATER CHESTNUTS AND COOK STIRRING UNTIL SCALLIONS ARE SOFTENED. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX THOROUGHLY UNTIL COMBINED AND HEAT THROUGH.
