1/2 cup green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Peel and cut up potatoes and wash off.
  • Heat skillet on med heat.
  • Add potatoes, onions, peppers, salt and pepper.
  • Stir every 15 minutes til tender (about 30 minutes).
