- 1. Slice your ripe plantain into long thin slices.
- 2. Melt butter in frying pan and add plantains, fry them in a pan with butter, until brown on both sides. Watch carefully, they burn quickly.
- 3. Remove from pan, sprinkle with sea salt and serve with sour cream on the side.
