Fried Nachos image

My husband is a mexican food lovers. He would eat these every night of week!

Number Of Ingredients 14

2 lb ground beef
cooking oil
4 Tbsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce
chopped tomatoes
sour cream
1 pkg flour totillia shells quarterd
black olives
taco sauce
shrerdded cheese
salsa
hot peppers
ON ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH NO AMOUNT: THESE ARE FREE INGREDIENTS AND YOU ADD AS MUCH AS YOU DESIRE

Steps:

  • 1. brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. add salt and pepper and cumin
  • 2. heat oil in a deep fryer and add a few of the quartered shells at a time for about 1 1/2 minutes until lightly golden browned
  • 3. on a plate 1st place nachos then top with beef then add as much of the remaining toppings as you like such as lettuce, tomatos, olives, salsa, cheese, taco sauce, pepper, sour cream
