Steps:
- 1) Slice dried chili width ways and remove seeds 2) Mix Oyster, Maggi, soy sauce and sugar together 3) Slice spring onions into 4 cm lengths. Chop mushrooms into quarters. Thinly slice the green pepper and onions. Set aside. 4) Heat oil on a medium heat and add chicken and butter. Cook for 1 minute. Add sauce and cook for additional 2 minutes 5) Add water. When chicken is white, add spring onions, mushrooms and wine. Cook for 1 more minute 6) Stir in cashews and chili slices. cook for 1 more minute. Add pepper to taste
