FRIED CHICKEN BREASTS IN HORSERADISH WHITE SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 large whole chicken breasts, deboned, skinned, and cleaned.
1 cup seasoned flour
2 beaten eggs
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 ½ cups hot horseradish white sauce (Need to copy this recipe from page 178)
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F. Dredge chicken with flour. Dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in frying pan. When hot, add chicken and cook 4 minutes over medium-high heat. Turn chicken over; continue cooking 4 minutes. Season well. Finish cooking chicken in over 10 to 12 minutes.
