This is a good tasting fried cabbage We had along with our BBQ ribs and pork steaks 4th of July meal.

Steps:
- 1. Wash and core your cabbage. Then cut the cabbage into 1/4 inch squares.
- 2. Saute the cabbage in the bacon drippings, stirring constantly for about 1 minute, until tender and crisp, but not wilted or cooked through.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the sour cream. Serves 4
