Fried Bologna Sandwich image

Give a lunchtime favorite an added punch by frying it up - it's a Fried Bologna Sandwich. The great taste and simplicity of this Fried Bologna Sandwich is no baloney!

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bologna
1/2 Tbsp. margarine
4 slices whole grain white bread, toasted
2 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
4 tsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 lettuce leaves
2 KRAFT Singles

Steps:

  • Cut 4 slits in each bologna slice.
  • Melt margarine in medium skillet on medium heat. Add bologna; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until each slice is lightly browned on both sides.
  • Spread toast slices with mustard, then mayo. Fill with lettuce, bologna and Singles to make 2 sandwiches.
