Steps:
- Place the miso, butter, garlic, soy sauce, and honey in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until smooth and heated through. Set aside.
- Place a large skillet on high heat. Fill with oil enough to cover the asparagus. Heat the oil for 5 minutes until or until asparagus sizzles when dipped in. Deep fry the asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes depending on how big they are.
- Drain. Serve with miso sauce over top.
