This a wonderful herbed, cheese bread to serve with soup.

1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
¾ cup whole wheat flour
1 ¼ cups bread flour
¾ cup oat bran
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
¼ cup vital wheat gluten
1.188 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

Steps:

  • Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust. Start.
