FRESH CRANBERRY SAUCE WITH GRAND MARNIER image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 12 ounce bag of fresh
or frozen cranberries
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier

Steps:

  • Rinse cranberries and discard any bruised or berries that are not fully ripe. Add water and sugar to a saucepan, mix. Add berries and mix with water/sugar. Bring temperature to medium heat, allow berries to come to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the berries begin to "pop". Remove from heat, add Grand Marnier, mix. Allow to cool, then refrigerate. This recipe keeps well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
