French's crunchy onion pork chops image

I got this recipr from a French's can of fried onions and loved how moist the chops were!

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 c french's fried onions.
3 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt and pepper.
6 boneless pork chops
1 large egg, beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Place fried onions and flour in a plastic resealable bag. Crush onions w/ had or rolling pin. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. set ovent to 400. Transfer crumbs to wax paper. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Dip chops in egg, then into crumbs, coating both sides and pressing firmly to adhere. Place chops on baking sheet. Bake 20 min.
