I love french vanilla cocoa. This is a large volumn recipe. There is plenty for gifts as well as for personal use. Great for Church socials, family reunions, Large Christmas parties, Girl scout camping, coven meetings, ect. Makes over a gallon of mix enough for 5 quart jars or 10 pint jars or 20 (1/2 pint) jars

Ingredients

10 1/2 c non-fat dry milk
4 c confectioners' sugar
2 jar(s) 8 oz each french vanilla flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
3 1/2 c chocolate mix for milk (nestle's quick)
2 3/4 c non-dairy powdered creamer
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients and ladle into jars. Cover tightly.
2. Attach the following directions on a gift tag:
3. French Vanilla Cocoa: Stir 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into hot water or milk.
