- In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, margarine or butter, garlic, parsley, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, herbs de Provence, and seasoned salt. Cover and chill overnight. To serve, garnish with fresh thyme, if desired. Serve with crackers. Makes about 1-1/3 cups (21 1-tablespoon servings).
