French Picnic Potato Salad with Eggs image

2 lb. red new potatoes
1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup chopped red peppers
1 cup sliced radishes
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 to 20 min. or just until tender; drain. Let stand 10 min. or just until cool enough to handle. Meanwhile, mix next 5 ingredients until blended.
  • Cut potatoes into quarters; place in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly. Let stand 15 min.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except eggs; mix lightly. Top with eggs.
